Wingate has become my go to company for hvac, plumbing & now roofing. James evaluated my roof & determined the true cause of the leak that I had fixed 8 mo before by another local roofing company. James was very thorough, knowledgeable & honest/ he even came back out to advocate for my home when the insurance adjuster arrived. He provided pics & video to upload for my claim. I appreciated his communication & support during the entire process. I will definitely be using Wingate for roofing now as well!
August 2025 We have used Wingate services for almost eight years for our home. Every service appointment has been wonderful. Their A/C and Htg. Service has been exceptional. The plumbing services we have had completed here have been awesome! We have a gravity pump in our lower level kitchenette that I had trouble finding a company that could service it when it failed. Been a member for a long time. When you actually need emergency service they completely ghost you. Do not use these guys. They give appointments for after hours and do not respond any calls. The discounts they promise for being a member are not real. When it comes time to fix anything then it's not eligible for discount. As the owner said they did come out after many times of me having to call their service line. I was lucky that I had a line that goes directly to the owner that no one else is given.
