This hotel is average at best. The plug ins in the bathroom was cracked. Walls in the bathroom were badly repaired with the wallpaper peeling. The A/C didn't work well at all, never cooled. The pillows were hard. The flat screen tv only had standard definition. Ice bucket was dirty. Last thing. The phone didn't work at all. For what I paid for this room, there's better places nearby! It stinks. It’s an old hotel and you can tell. The building is outdated and needs to be closed and renovated. The breakfast was terrible and not much to choose from..

The staff is excellent. The property in general needs lots of work. Mold in the dinning room around the vents in the ceiling with water dripping from them. Bathroom in the rooms needs work. Chair in guest room was badly stained and torn. Lobby bathroom needs some work. Internet doesn’t stay connected for tv. Water is brown for the most part. Water pressure isn’t good.

RUNNNN…. our hotel experience this past week was terrible. Our room had mold and an AC that didn’t work and when we asked the front desk to come take a look, he never showed up. Upon check in to the room there was a pair of the previous occupants underwear hanging in the closet, we have pictures…. On our last night somehow the water to our room turned brown and stayed that way…. We left at 3am without brushing our teeth or showering because we just didn’t trust it. We stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham 7-8-2026 thru 7-11-2026. We were in town for a Baseball Tournament. When we arrived we were about a hour early. We drove 10 hours and just wanted to check in and relax for a bit before we had a baseball event that evening. Nope, instead of just letting us check in they charged us a $35 early check in fee. Which at that point was fine. Then we looked at the pool and it was closed for maintenance and was supposed to be open the next day. A dirty diaper and dread locks were found in the pool ... read more
