The elevators were down and had been for months. We were not informed until check-in and since I did a late check-in, I was unable to secure another location. I was exhausted driving from several states over and arrived after 8pm only to be told that I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
Room was clean. Hotel was quiet and easily located. Elevator was not working for the entire stay.
If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would!!! My room is FUNKY, FILTHY, and DUSTY! After speaking with the manager about the conditions of this room she informed me that there was nothing she could do about the lack of cleanliness of the room. It is unfortunate that I'm forced to pay for sleeping in this horrible place.
