There were roaches in our hotel room. The room in itself wasn’t clean. No one came to clean or tidy up daily so we had to leave our trash outside the door for them to pick up. Staff were not really helpful. I was in need of extra sheets & they stated they didn’t have any to give (which I knew wasn’t true). The only pro is that they had breakfast but it was the same thing everyday & the AC worked. You honestly get what you pay for. Believe the reviews that you see & the rating of the hotel. Booked through a 3rd party and was supposed to have a 2 queen and pull out sofa. However during checkin was told that the room was currently unavailable. Alot of the rooms were being renovated, so why have that room as an option to book. I was shown a king and a pullout on the first floor and the damn pullout was pushed in/ crushed in the front. If I could give no stars I would!!! Hotel was filthy, our bed linens were stained, we had to go buy our own…. we were on the first floor and ppl were loud outside our window in the parking lot revving car motors and doing drugs all night long. We didn’t get any sleep…
