I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very frustrating experience. When I checked into my room, it was not clean at all the condition was unacceptable. I spoke with a staff member named Andy about possibly changing rooms, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me he didn’t have time to be showing me rooms all day and kept repeating that he was the only one working, as if I was inconveniencing him.
