disgusting place, floors were not clean, room smelled like smoke and weed, people are living there full time, room service never came, i saw the “cleaning staff” just spraying lysol on the chairs in the lobby with pajamas on, they did not have a double queen available when thats what i paid for, the guest that was with me had to sleep on a couch, there are people slamming doors and arguing all hours of the night, people are smoking weed and congregating in the back of the property, there is child abuse and animal abuse happe... read more
Roaches everywhere
There is no way to keep light from entering the room. No curtains. You will lose sleep. No blankets either.
Nessa at the Front desk was Awesome! However, the room was not a representation of our front desk experience! It had water on the floor, a used cup of coffee in the microwave and one of us broke out from the filth. I asked for a refund and they offered points (not even enough for one night let alone 3)! I even offered to talk to someone with a few suggestions to get this brand up to at least a 4 star hotel.
