Very clean. Super nice staff. I would definitely return.
Location was clean, not noisy and check-in was easy enough. However, I wasnt informed that along with the charge of the room on my form of payment I would also be charged a "deposit" that cost nearly as much as the room did, sans taxes and fees. My party and I stayed in the room less than 12 hours total and I've still yet to see the deposit I was charged for credited back to my account. A nice stay! Diana was warm and friendly.
I booked a reservation for a week 2 months in advance and have not been able to change the date by one date because of third party. Third party emailed me and them saying it was ok!! Assistant manager Dianne said she couldn’t but other staff said it was no problem if third party agrees. So there you go….someone is not being honest!!!
