Stayed November 2nd 2019 with majority of the wedding guest from Defiance Ridge Winery . Rude Customer Service from the start, rooms were outdated and furniture in poor condition, we asked for another shuttle for guest to arrive on time they charged us $130 for a shuttle 2 people rode because it was 15 minutes late and guest had to drive so not to be late for the wedding they refused to refund our money, if you want to enjoy your wedding pick a better hotel PLEASE

So terrible and dirty hotel. The staff is extremely slow, the rooms are very very dusty and dirty. When I got in the room the first thing what I saw was dust everywhere. The bathroom was full with hair. The toilet seat have not been cleaned in months. I definitely don't recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly place pretty clean theres in door pool and hot tub but mold in hot tub corners we got locked out of our room but they up graded up still its worth the price

We were here for a softball tournament. Staff at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty, bathrooms were dirty, we had to ask for fresh linens. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned every day. We had to empty our garbage and put it in the hallway, or they would not get emptied. The breakfast area was very dirty. And we constantly had to ask for things to be refilled. They never had enough utensils to eat. They never had any coffee for breakfast. These are the things that people do expect to... read more
