I booked this room paid online for my child. The room was dirty with sheets from previous guest on the countertop. It was apparent the room was not cleaned. My child asked the receptionist about getting the room cleaned, but was told no maid service until the next day. When asked what about where they will sleep for the night, the clerk took them to the laundry room to get their own linens. I booked accommodations at this hotel online through Priceline. Payment was completed online. After I had already checked in, I was told I needed to pay a deposit. Most hotels do ask for a credit card to keep on file. Some hotels even put a “hold” on the card that is removed at check out. This hotel charges the card and completes payment. The deposit is returned in 7-10 business days. The owner, Sunny and the GM Ben, haven't got a clue on how to operate a hotel. They want to charge the guest for everything. They make the guest check out at 11am, and if you're not out, they will call the police on you. They will not let you check in before 3 pm. without paying an early arrival fee. They also charge an additional fee for each guest in the room. If you check in and your plans change and /or you want to stay another night They ask that you check out and then check back in at 3pm.
