When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was recorded as a No Show and that I was supposed to arrive the day before. I was charged the full amount of my stay (2 Days) even though their policy was first night room and tax. I booked Friday and Saturday nights on the Wyndham site. It was booked as Thursday and Friday. When I got to my room there were drips of something milky white and sticky on the floor. We’ve been on a week-long road trip with our 7 year old grandson and little dog making multiple stops starting in SW MN and going down to Arkansas and back. This was our last stop before heading home and was the cleanest hotel we stayed in. The pool was warm and clean, the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Excellent service! All the departments starting with the FD,HK and Breakfast attendant were awesome. I recommend this hotel!

I stayed here on a budget so was not expecting luxury. Based on what I paid - 5 stars hands down. Rooms were clean. The bed was so comfy. Good customer service and the breakfast options included hot and cold stuff. Would stay here again for sure
