Horrible experience. We checked in and got our room card, but we weren’t able to get in. We went back downstairs, they gave us a new card, and the door finally opened. But, there were guests in there who were sleeping! We went back downstairs again and we were given a new room. The man at the front desk said it “happens all the time when we are busy” which is unacceptable. The man also promised a “suite with a jacuzzi hot tub and pullout bed” which was completely false. Very nice hotel rooms but the woman that works day was rude but everyone else was extremely nice. All In all a great experience.

This place is quite gross. The rooms appear nice due to recent renovations, but it's just paint and carpet over filth. Also, hair from prior occupants still on the floors and bathroom floors; shower was gross--despite being new. Shady people hanging about the connected liquor store. Id never go to this pool.

UNPLEASANT SMELL, BLACK MOLD AND FAULTY WIRING. The staff made a great first impression. The woman who checked us in was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and her excellent customer service was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. The floor tiles were peeling up in multiple areas, the air felt stale and had an unpleasant odor, and several light switches didn't appear to control anything.
