Broken down elevator, broken down ice machines, breakfast was not that great, our rooms were not even ready by check in time which was 3pm. But when I tried to check in just a few minutes before 3pm they wanted to charge an extra $25.00 to check in early
Very disappointed in this place. Our rooms were dirty. Blood on mattresses, pillows and sheets. Smelled horrible. On the second floor in front of 214 you can feel where the floor is broken. Only one elevator works. Front desk rude. Asked for toilet paper waited 30 minutes and finally went to hunt housekeeping down. 2 hours later she came to bring the toilet paper. Hotel was hot everywhere. Not worth $70 even with group discount.
Disappointed in this hotel. Pictures make it look nice but it was terrible. Awful smell throughout the hotel, SLOWEST elevator that sounds like it’s about to break. Rooms were disgusting. Hair on pillows. Hair in shower. Please don’t stay there. Staff were rude. The only great thing about this place was their coffee and breakfast. Breakfast staff was nice. I will never travel that way again.
Place was dirty. Rooms very dirty. Staff not friendly at all. 2 different rooms had blood on the sheets and pillow.
