Front desk workers were friendly and very accommodating to our large group of 24 people. They honor military/government rate as well. Rooms were super clean, beds very comfortable, and downstairs lobby area is good for group meetings and can seat a lot of people.
First of all, room #324 smells like sewage. There might be others that do, as well. We kind of smelled it in the lobby after checking in. We hoped that it was just a passing smell, but weren't so lucky. We stayed in the room for about 2 hours before going back to the front desk to complain. Fortunately, the young lady at the front desk was helpful and moved us to another room. She said she sometimes smells the sewage smell. If it wasn't for her, it would be a 1-star review.
