Dirty hotel, which is a huge concern given the current pandemic. My 5 year old daughter found a male enhancement pill wrapper in our bathroom. Clearly the room was not adequately cleaned before our stay. When I brought it to their attention, we were offered nothing more than a “oops sorry!”.
Recommendedvery clean and great staff.We will be back.
Lovely for a nice quick stay
Every employee from my first night has been super friendly and accommodating with my needs for the last 3 weeks- rooms always clean coffee was tasty and breakfast to go hit the spot - Bobby and Bonnie are top shelf and an asset to The Wingate
The rooms were great and they allow pets so our fur baby Abby stayed in our room with us

We have stayed at the Wingate for many years when we come visit family and have loved it. However our last visit in January 2018 we had one night with no housekeeping but thought “well mistakes happen”. We are completing a 3-night stay this visit and have had NO housekeeping the ENTIRE stay. My husband told them after the first night and then it happened again. We were told that we would be comped one night and I thought “well I’d rather it be half the stay but that’s better than nothing and at least they made an effort.” Ma... read more
Was clean, Front desk wasn’t very welcoming and water was cold.
