Customer service at the front desk was horrible
Quiet, comfortable and accessible.
I stayed at two other hotels near by and this hotel was the most accommodating one. Great location. Clean lobby, comfy room, good hot breakfast. Sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurt waffle maker. I liked the dove products shampoo, body soap and conditioner. Had a quiet night on a comfy bed after a long day, Felt like I had a good deal for the price. No late night takeout in the area.
I have bed bug bites. Not only that, it took a very long time to get checked in. Once we *finally* got checked in MY ROOM KEY DID NOT WORK. I went to the service desk to get help and was not attended to in a timely manner. A friend of mine staying at the hotel had to stay in another room due to the smell of weed. My hallway also smelt of cigarettes. We couldn’t even do anything about the smells as we couldn’t control the AC in our room, nor the thermostat which was very loud and very frustrating.
