We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
The overall room was very nice, the king suite. It was spacious and fitting for what we needed. Everything else wasn't worth the very high nightly price. The fitness room was not working, the ice machine didn't work, we weren't given enough towels so I called the front desk and asked for some to be dropped off. Her reply was no we don't do that, come down to the front desk to get some. For the $250+/night fee and having already been down there twice for other things, they should be bringing me towels to the room. One of the ... read more
Probably one of the few hotels that clean Ur room every day.. Unfortunately U don’t see that anymore.. CLEAN, comfortable, big TV & good front desk.
Arrived at 1:30p, went in and was told it would cost $25 to check in before 2p- when the room is sitting there ready that’s just crappy service. Also didn’t like that the first floor seating area (for breakfast) was roped off so you couldn’t sit there any other time.
Stayed at other Wyndham Wingate property’s so we decided to book this one since we had to travel from WV for our daughter show choir competition at Powhatan Highschool. Immediately after checking into our hotel room while checking out the room and checking the bed there was hair all over the sheet and the more I pulled back the duvet cover the more I found.
