Hotel lobby is under construction. The alternate entrance is a side door. To access the door you have to maneuver around a large planter on the sidewalk (it's a tight space) and enter a single door. You have to hold the door open and try to get your luggage in at the same time. It was a challenge. They need to figure out a better way especially for elderly and handicap. We were here for one night. I would never have never chosen to stay here if I knew this ahead of time.

The rooms were pretty nice, there were little things I noticed that could have been cleaner. I Noticed something red on the toilet seat from someone in the past and hair on the shampoo bottle in the shower. The floor towel for when you get out of the shower was stained. The beds were clean and everything else was clean. Checked for bugs and everything came out fine, so bed bug free. Booked my rooms 3 months ahead of time arrived and they could only give me 1 room I had to sleep on a shitty pull out mattress after driving 8 hrs . Highly disappointed with me being a diamond member

Our soccer team stayed at this hotel for a tournament, unfortunately. We received a call from a team parent before we got there that there was no TV service and there was water damage at the hotel. We arrived to find Serve Pro blowers going in the ceiling and paint was chipping off the ceiling in the lobby. Serve pro blowers are stacked up in lobby area. Blowers were only operating the day we arrived? My grandson received a call from his team mate about mold in the pool area. We did not use pool. The entire 3rd floor was not... read more
