Booked 2 weeks in advance thru hotels.com, get there to check in, lady at front desk said our room was cancelled. No call, no email, no heads up once so ever. Lady at desk got manager on the phone, where he proceeds to tell me that he called expedia to cancel my room cuz they were over booked, so i would have to contact them to get my money back. I didnt even go thru expedia. Had to call my bank to claim fraud cuz they didnt refund my money for THEM cancelling my room without even telling me. So they were perfectly fine with... read more
Very nice place. Friendly service.
Was able to check-in upon arrival, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was top notch. This location was also prime in relation to convenience for the event that I attended nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again on my next trip when passing through the city.
My room had a good amount of space with one king bed and sleeper sofa. The a/c was good. The bathroom was to small and terrible layout with the shower behind the door and toilet. You had to close the door to get in the shower, which was bad because the door would get stuck. there was no ventilation so it got to hot an humid in the bathroom with the door closed, so bad that the door hinges were rusted and the ceiling paint was chipping off. Also the tv had several channels that didnt work because of poor signal.
Had a nice stay, the room was nice and clean, and the service was great.
