Great location, excellent staff at check in and during the breakfast hours. Hotel was quiet. However refurbishing is severely needed. Rooms were large and seem to have been refurbished but not done particularly well. Paint spots on bathroom floor, trim around bathroom door was not painted properly. The thermostat had a sign over it not to use it but to use the thermostat on the air conditioning units. The units are extremely loud. July 2025 Bed wet with urine stain. GM lied said he will get back with me, never did. Reported this to BBB GM never contacted them. Reported to my credit card company got my $391 back, staff fine breakfast fine.

We checked in about 8pm. The front desk person turned two parties away in front of us, because they were out of rooms. We fortunately had a reservation and were able to get a room. Upon opening the door, we discovered the room had never been cleaned. We actually thought someone was still in the room. Once we determined it had just never been serviced, we went down to the front desk and explained the room's condition. I am surprised to read the reviews on this hotel. I booked a room there and I had a horrible experience. There was no hot water. The trash can was full of garbage, the tv remote did not work, so I could not watch tv. And the ac was turned up so high it made me sick. And I was scratching all night like something was biting me. WORST HOTEL STAY I EVER HAD!

I went down to the front desk 7pm 9/17/25 to ask the attendant if I could get a box of cereal for my sick travelmate. The lady was playing on her phone. When I finally got her attention. She was rude, and said no. I argued that I didn't want to go out, and that it would really be appreciated. She got even ruder. We will never do business with this company again. They obviously do not understand hospitality. I wish we would've booked elsewhere.
