Very clean place.
Room was great. Pool was indoor, but NOT heated, so that was a big disappointment after paying to have a bathing suit delivered during the snow storm. But first world problems, I suppose lol. Eggs had a small hair in it and the muffins weren't cooked all the way, but the spread was nice for a free breakfast.
To start off by saying I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend this hotel to any friends, relatives or cheer mates. To say the least I was completely disappointed. Firstly when walking in the front desk staff was sitting on her phone and gave me a hard time when checking in. Once that all got squared away we got to the floor our room was on and they had big bags of trash just sitting there. Then we got to our room which was dirty and very musty smelling.
