The entire hotel is run down and gross. The elevators were so smelly and dirty. The bedding had to much bleach smell and made our entire bodies itchy. The rooms AC did not work we were so hot the entire stay. It even stopped working and the guy came in and had to watch a YouTube video to figure out what to do and even after that it barely worked. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, for 4 people. Upon booking the lady on the phone told us we would be provided with a cot, since we asked. When we arrived to the hotel the men at the desk told us if we have 2 queen beds we cannot have a cot, and didn’t explain why. I am so deeply upset by this. Bad service.

Great hotel experience. We had a larger group and the staff did a good job of accommodating us. Vivek at the front desk was especially courteous and made sure our stay was comfortable. Hotel was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Overall quite a good experience. Thank you Vivek and team.
