This is a horrible place. They have tried to bill me 3 times for nights I have not stayed. They are ripping people off. Would give them a negative if I could but wanted to let people know not to go and just get a hotel room as they will keep billing you.
This is our third stay at this property and it will not be our last. The service and cleanliness is excellent. My wife is celiac and the options at breakfast were impressive. Unfortunately we have a new car and the panoramic roof is shattered and the tape start to separate on our way to Regina. We were able to park the vehicle in secure covered parking overnight. I would strongly recommend this hotel!! I would not recommend a Mercedes vehicle and if by chance you purchase one and at Downtown Mercedes Calgary……god help you!! ... read more

Beds had stained sheets. Breakfast was not good. Had to pay for parking despite car park being empty. Disgusting that you charge for hotel parking when you are a guest. Will not stay there again. If you can find another hotel, I recommend that you do.
