Most pathetic customer service ever. These guys charged me for checking in early, but did not bother to inform me before checking me out and removing the bags out of the room. They could have simply charged me for overstaying rather than rudely taking out my bags when I was out at work.
Nice size room. Good walk in shower. Beds ok. Ventilation controlled by thermostat. Adequate wifi. Breakfast options minimal. Staffing friendly. Like all chain hotels, it is hit or miss when the latest overhaul is done.
Not bad except for the ants in the dinning area all over the counter.
