I had such a great day at this hotel the location is perfect- close to everything you need and super convenient. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every employee I encountered was so kind, welcoming ,and helpful .They truly made me feel comfortable and taken care of the overall stay was smooth relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!
I had such a great stay at this Hotel ! The location is perfect -close to everything you need and super convenient. What really made the experience stand out was the staff . Indoor pool was lovely .The overall stay was very relaxing and welcoming .
We went on a little getaway for spring break just because we needed it. When we were checking in manager informed us that there was no hot water. There was a gas leak and the hot tub nor any hot water was available. Very disappointed with that. The mangers went out of their way to make us happy. The hotel could use a little upgrade but management and staff were very good to us. I would recommend staying here because it was a good experience even though there was no hot water, only for a day. Manager and front desk ladies were very polite and helpful manger and ladies work very hard and patient so please be patient and kind for they work very hard and so so so kind
worse experience EVER. the front desk was really friendly my whole stay. very helpful. My room was below average. The sofa bed was stained, my sheets on my king bed were stained. The curtains were stained. The pillows were so lumpy and flat. The AC didn’t even work properly. It was so hot in my room. There was kids running up and down the hall ding-dong-ditching people ALLLLLLL night. not that this was the properties fault, I did contact the front desk about this issue and it was somewhat resolved.
