This Wingate has become my go-to hotel when I travel to NYC! The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has a good variety. The best part though? The amazing staff! Everyone is professional and courteous; warm and welcoming. Many thanks to Fausto, Juan P and Wanda for always taking excellent care of us!
Good service and the room was very clean
A typical New York hotel. Rated at 3 stars, the hotel meets New York standards, but in Europe it would not exceed 2 stars. It has no facilities at all. Just accommodation and a small breakfast room. The reception staff was very kind and cooperative. The rooms are small, but clean and equipped with what is needed for accommodation. The breakfast is quite poor, but you find something to prepare yourself for a day of sightseeing. The price paid for the room is high, the equivalent of a 5-star hotel in Europe.
I really liked the location of the hotel. It’s very close to most tourist attractions, especially Times Square and Summit ONE, which are the main reason I chose to stay here. As a Platinum Wyndham member and someone working in the hospitality industry, I found the price to be reasonable. I also appreciated that they offered me early check-in as a member, which made my stay even more convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
