I contacted Customer Service regarding the below issues. They promised me 3000 lousy points back in June. I still haven't received any of the promised points. I expected more from Wyndham especially when booking a King Suite. Nice hotel. Compared to economy locations (under $100 per day), it's about the same, but not necessarily worth it. My MAP locator, orher travel sites, and Google still listed it as "Wingate by Wyndam", but the name has changed to a Hilton brand, according to an attendant, several months ago.

Not Wingate by Wyndham any more. It's Spark by Hilton. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room. That was a big disappointment for us. We like to be able to warm up our coffee without having to go to the lobby every time. The hotel itself wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable, the gym was nice and the hot tub was relaxing. The hotel has muffins, bagels and instant oatmeal for breakfast. Cracker Barrel is right next door.

Jasmine at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful! This is a very nice, clean hotel located right off of rt15. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
