Ok hotel, nice exterior interior needs work could be a little cleaner.
I cannot believe how disappointed I am and how disgusting the room is. The jacuzzi was filthy even after asking them to clean it when it should have already been cleaned im absolutely livid. This experience has made me choose to drive 3 hours back home rather than stay in this room or any other room they could provide. I have no faith in this establishment and the staff should be ashamed. I checked the tub with a wet washcloth and still had the same yellow gross filth in the tub so im not sure what was cleaned if anything.
Wasn't bad. Towels were yellow. Room was ok. Service was fine. Location was great.
I would not recommend this hotel. Our experience was very disappointing for several reasons We were not informed ahead of time that there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs was very inconvenient. The room had visible ceiling cracks, and we saw roaches during our stay. The bathroom was dirty, and overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The breakfast offered was very low quality, with very few options. Not worth including in your stay.
