I had no choice yesterday because all hotels was sold-out. This was awful. Room nasty as ever . The floor was sticky, dirty and stained. .shower had hair and what appeared to be grits of dirt. Toilet had been used and was flushed . I open the refrigerator half eaten mac and cheese and half of coke. My family stopped by Wingate hotel for a night as we passed through while traveling. The hotel was under renovations, but service and the rooms were still great despite the ongoing renovations.
The lady at the front desk was rude. Told us not to take pictures in the lobby. Carpet stained. Sheet stained. Sheet ripped . Half pillows. Than lied and said pool was closed . Found out it was not. Plugs dont work melted my cord when charging my phone. Water want drain out tub are sink .
Where do I even start? This place was a total disappointment from checking in to checking out. They are really lucky they dont refund because I would definitely request one this was a horrible experience.
