The hotel is great, but has some areas of improvement: Great: 1. It has a great staff who are polite, kind, and are helpful 2. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. 3. The gym is modern and had all the equipment that I would usually use at GoodLife. 4. It has a pool, always good to have a pool for the kiddos Improvements: 1. We stayed at the Wingate Hotel recently. The room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed that a crib we had specifically requested weeks in advance—both when booking directly with the hotel and again over the phone—was not available when we arrived. What made this more frustrating was that we were led to believe a crib would be provided.
