We stayed at the Wingate Hotel recently. The room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed that a crib we had specifically requested weeks in advance—both when booking directly with the hotel and again over the phone—was not available when we arrived. What made this more frustrating was that we were led to believe a crib would be provided.
