I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and facilities. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location is excellent—close to the mall, shopping centers, and several good restaurants within walking distance. What truly made the difference was the staff. Absolute terrible experience was handed a piece of paper on arrival stating that the water would be unavailable to use from 8 AM to 4 PM was told that I can’t couldn’t flush or wash my hands or anything to do with water. Due to the inconvenience asked for at least a discount on the room and was told it was uncontrollable on their end due to the Ottawa city working on the water, as to why they couldn’t get in a porta potty to use at least in the parking lot for the day Is beyond me.
