Nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet. Check your booking details with the hotel ahead of time if you can, at least by calling ahead, otherwise you may be in for a nasty surprise when you get there. They are accommodating to pets, but you may have trouble finding a place to park. Most of the staff are helpful, unless you have a problem.
The hotel was nice. On the last night we requested a wake up call as my phone was not working and I wanted to ensure I wouldnt sleep through an alarm. Didn't get the call until an hour later. Was late getting to the airport. Airport was busy. Missed our flight back to AB.
The staff at check in and serving continental breakfast were warm and helpful. The room was big and spacious and modern. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but was clean enough to be comfortable and feel safe. The round about to get into the parking lot was an adventure! But overall, a good stay, beautiful pool and we would stay here again for sure!
Our family has stayed here several times and we've always been treated with kindness and respect from the most friendly staff throughout the hotel.
