We were highly satisfied with our stay. New linens and towels, exceptionally clean. We will be back!
This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. In fact, after I entered the room I turned around immediately and went to the front desk to cancel my stay. So why did I give it a 5? Because the clerks at the front desk were honest. I had used my debit card to check in, something that it is advised a person should NEVER do! Not only could they have kept my money for that stay I never made, but they could have easily added on other charges I was not there to deny. They did neither. Our family traveled to Jonesboro to visit family in the area. The hotel met our needs. Harmony, the head of maintenance department, provided excellent customer service to my family for the 5 days we were there. She is very conscientious and hard working and and an asset to the company.
