We booked our room in advance because we had a wedding to attend. When we got there the hotel smelled like mildew and cigarettes, and so did our room. There were holes in the wall, the dresser knobs were broken, and the faucet wasn’t attached to the sink in the bathroom. We stayed for a total of 10 minutes before booking a room at the La Quinta next door (where the rooms are actually livable).

Everything about the hotel is great especially the man at the desk in the morning very polite very nice and very helpful on things I could do with my babies around here room for clean bathrooms clean immaculate nice smell just all around good place to go and really good pricing on rooms.

Went on Priceline and set my filter to pets allowed/Southaven area. This should keep this hotel from ever showing in the feed under any headline on the app. I pay a non-refundable payment and never get to use the room because we had a pet with us. The hotel and Priceline gladly took my mom money and left us stranded. Never again.

The staff, service, rooms and location were EXCELLENT. I stayed in a safe area outside of the event in Memphis I was attending. The hotel is located in a business district with amenities. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast bar. They need to add eggs, sausages and bacon to the buffet.
