This place is disgusting they wouldn’t allow me to check in on time because they claim someone else was still in the room even after the allowed time and no refunds ok so after finally checking in the floor was wet the shower had long brownish blonde hair in it I have locs the elevator hasn’t been inspected in god knows when it seems as if it’s burning on the inside very unsafe no remote for the tv so one channel air don’t get cold we are on the 4th floor we are not about to up and for us to go up and down this sketchy eleva... read more
This was the dirtiest room that we have encountered. Upon walking into room 108, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of mildew and the carpet was SOAKING wet. The bed linens were all dirty and the fridge was incredibly dirty. There was mold in the corner of the windows and it looked like a cat vomited all over the ironing board. The peep hole in the door had tissue/toilet paper shoved in it to fill it for privacy. The room were really nasty had roaches bedbugs. I was blood stains and the sheets, Kool-Aid or blood on the floor. The swimming pool was green couldn’t get Towels couldn’t get toilet paper. When you would ask for towels, they’re like we don’t have anywhere out. Disgusting. Please see ALL pics. I don't know where they got pics for their website. If you don't think my pics are from this location, please book room 401,403, or 405 and see for yourself. We booked 3 rooms for a quick overnight stay on our way to Florida for my wife and I and each of our kids families. The smell of wet mildewed carpet when you get off the elevator is the first thing then you are immediately greeted with an open closet of some sort as seen in one of the pics. For over $150 for ONE night, I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before booking Both trash cans at the entrances (upstairs AND downstairs) were completely overflowing and smelled like a horrifying mixture of dirty diapers and used puppy pads 🤢 The hallway leading to the staircase honestly looks like a horribly beaten body was dragged through it.
