Very clean, hotel and rooms smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was good had a nice selection
Wife and I stayed 4 nights while visiting family everything was clean and well maintained. Good breakfast friendly service. Easy in and out to highway. Outlets mall across from hotel.
We stayed one night on a trip across the country. It was sufficient for our needs. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Good coffee at breakfast.
This hotel completely failed to meet basic expectations of professionalism due to the conduct of the General Manager, Lashaunda Gray. Upon arrival, the front desk staff could not locate our reservation. The young clerk, who was clearly new, called her manager for assistance and placed the call on speaker so I could speak with Ms. Gray directly.
