I tried not to do go this route but after several attempts of trying to get my money back after Josh the manager verbally agreed to me and Booking.com that he would and still has not. Booked this for a baseball stay. June 16-21. The 16th my FIL and son get there and get settled into bed and wake up to bites all over them.
