Rico the property manager is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever interacted with. Kept hurling slurs and complete utter disrespect towards guests. He was either drunk/high and kicked guests out of their rooms if you were few minutes later then checkout time. Stay clear. Do not stay here. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels.

I would rate them a zero except the staff at the desk were nice. Otherwise horrific Experience. I had bed bugs in the bed. I reported it and staff said they felt sure they would move me. I got back that night and they said they treated the bed and they couldn’t move me. Next morning another bed bug crawling on the bed! I have bites. Didn’t comp my stay in any way. The shower rod was broke and water poured all over the floor and onto the door which was delaminated from it. Had been broken for quite some time.

Homeless people out at the corner, had no towels in my room then had to wait over 3 hours to get some because they were “out”, and ran out of toilet paper and was told they were “out” of that as well and advised to use tissues.
