I was in my room for about 4 hours and noticed 3 different bugs. I informed the manager and he was dismissive and rude. I ended up getting a full refund so no harm no foul. Informing all interested in staying here. They do have roaches

The hotel lobby and rooms had worn finishes, most of the tables were not wiped down when we came down to breakfast; they ran out of eggs and we had to wait while more were prepared.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Hotel is quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt spacious. The locatuon is excellent, 15 mins to Nashville, 10 mins to Hendersonville amd 40 mins to Franklin. There are also great restaurants and live music close by if one wants to escape the hustle and bustle of Broadway. We will definitely book here again. The breakfast could use more variety and options.
