Check-in was super easy and the staff were really welcoming. No signs of bugs anywhere, which is always a big concern of mine, so that was a relief. Stayed in room 9 and the only issue was having to request more towels as the one they give is just a little small. Oh, also the ghost of an old lady in my room who insisted on playing Risk all night. She was way too good and I’m pretty sure she cheated the whole time. Would recommend to others, just don’t share room 9 with the cheating spirit.

I’m seriously in love with this bed and never want to leave. This was an airline provided room, and let me just say that it far exceeded my expectations. The service at the front desk handled me with extra care and genuine support during my misadventure. The view from my room overlooked the amazing entrance.
