I recently checked in around 5:00 PM with a reservation for rooms 206 and 207. Unfortunately, upon entering room 206, I was quite disappointed to find it in an unacceptable condition. The toilet had yellow stains, the table lamp was not working, and there were food remnants, including cereal, left behind. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, I was told “sorry” but no further action was taken, aside from being asked to provide pictures of the room’s condition. This was our last hotel room for our trip and it was a great room very comfortable and very clean very up to date with the rooms and everything in the room was a little more than what we paid for on every other hotel in the last week
