The best hotel to stay with Family! kids will enjoy they thought the waterslide was the main vacation lol thank youuuuu very much and all the staff was so friendly!
We stayed there for 4 days. Supposed to be five days but we changed plan so I phoned the hotel front desk to let them know that we are not arriving the on the first day but we will be there on the second day. The lady that I spoke too said that it is fine so I assumed that it everything will be okay. I pre-paid our room so I told the front desk lady that I spoke too that it's okay if I don't get my money back for that day. The pool is very tiny and echoey and was filled with screaming children. It would be nice to have some better sound insulation or some adult-only hours so that we could have used it, but I understand kids like pools; just keep this in mind if you are sensitive to sound at all, you will not like the pool. The room was clean and the hotel has a lot of lovely Indigenous Art. We had some troubles with the air conditioning being very loud and only working in one part of the suite, and guest services didnt have any ear plugs which... read more
Not very soundproof, could hear kids running and screaming down the halls all night long. Service was great though.
