dirty awful service. and pool rules say 11:00pm when they kick us out at 10pm. went there for my sisters comp for figure skating and it was loud when i was sleeping cus kid where running down the halls and ding dong ditching. and there where dirty beds in 219. crumbs all over and i think i got bit by something when i was sleeping. this sucks dont come oh and also the water pressure is like a sprinkler i hated it get better pressure. btw i am 9yo
Online booking includes parking, but hotel would not honor it. Room wasn’t clean. Book elsewhere from now on.
The morning service at this hotel is complete trash. They are rude, and don’t help customers, instead they yell at you. I scheduled a shuttle for 7:30a. It was leaving at 7:25 even though I told the front desk staff I was coming out. When I asked why they are leaving me behind and leaving early the diver yelled at me in front of other customers with no regard to me or his other customers.
