Horrible experience, front desk doesn't care
This hotel really made our entire vacation awful. We were supposed to stay from 6/13/25 - 6/18/25. We ended up leaving early on the 17th. The first room they put us in was probably the worst room we could have got. It was room 100 on the first floor. The beds felt like we were sleeping on a giant marble slab. The room smelt so bad we had to put car air fresheners in the AC unit. We brought our game systems and couldn’t hook those up to the tv bc there’s no option to change the input.
