This hotel was clean and nice. The lobby and breakfast room were inviting and well maintained. The young gal who checked us in was pleasant, efficient, and professional. When we got to our room we had a problem with our TV. She immediately came to our room and fixed the problem. She seems to be the front desk employee that every hotel should have! The room was clean & very nice. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.
The manager was refusing to give my deposit back, not due to smoking in the room, but due to me having my medication in the room that left a smell. She violated my HIPAA rights in the front desk reception area with other customers waiting. She doesn't ask and there's no policy about having any type of prescription medications on you, especially in legalized states.
