The worst customer experience! The front desk doesn’t care about the customer, we waited for about 4 hours in the lobby to get a room although we had pre-booked on Expedia. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms, the pool is dirty. You don’t have access to the gym. The only thing it’s good for is ripping you off of your money.
Roomy, comfortable, ample free parking, all services, breakfast, receptionist all the time, snack bar, coffee all day, and many other extras.
