I requested daily housekeeping and was told it was added to my schedule. I came back to a room that was not cleaned and no fresh towels, and the staff’s excuses (“service is every other day” and my 9PM arrival) made no sense. Completely unacceptable service and zero accountability.
Nice hotel in a good location .
The lady at the front desk with dark hair was super rude and snobby. When I told her there was a credit card authorization on file she rolled her eyes like I was some type of inconvenience. Sorry I’m not using my personal card for a company that has hundred’s of millions of dollars at their disposal. Not to mention I travel 26 weeks out of the year and only have problems when checking into this hotel. Never at any of the others. Weird. Elevator is suspiciously slow.
