The shower pressure was great The service was great I wish I would've gotten the night auditor's name, she showed up great professionalism. The hotel is clean. It's in a convenient area: gas stations, shopping, eating, movies, etc
There was no electricity last night in most part of the city, definitely not hotel's fault and even though Mariana and the blond lady that was at the dark desk with her made the extra mile for me and my family. Mariana was dealing with the situation very professionally but in such positive way, making us see the best and even making us laugh. Not sure if she is the manager, but she definitely handle it like a good one.
100% recommend.Great location. The rooms have no carpet and the cleanness is also a plus in this property, but the staff is the 5+ stars worth it. Marianna received us with smile enthusiasm and professionalism and made a great first impression.The bartender that also served us the dinner was another 5+ star. Food and drinks were delicious and we had a great stay. Marianna and Crish worked in great harmony making us feel not just another number to the hotel. Will definetly come back on our next trip to Columbus.
If a negative rating were possible, this stay would earn it. I travel frequently for work and choose where I stay. This property failed at the most basic level: guest security and management accountability. During my overnight stay, my truck (and several other vehicles) were broken into in the parking lot while a security guard was present on site. I arrived around 11:00 PM and was out by 6:00 AM, only to wake up to the damage and theft. Equally concerning is the complete lack of response from management. I have left multipl... read more
