I spoke with someone about changing my room from a king to a double queen room. No problem they said. I show up and no double rooms available. No sorry. No care by the staff. The hotel is old and dated. Doesn’t feel clean. Not best location. Only staying here out of necessity. Not happy AT ALL.
We have 3 rooms here for my sons Army Basic Graduation. My sons father, and my dad and brother had to change rooms due to issues. Our room was usable but the carpet is dirty, fridge barely works. Elevators are scary here. The light in my sons dad's SECOND room was going crazy flickering like a strobe light. Its okay here, but definitely not 4.5 stars.
An awesome staff, service and great stay. Welcoming feeling when walking through the front doors. I would return in the future for sure.
