We stayed in room 227 and walked in and you could smell and feel the humidity. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and decided to stay. It never got cold in the room through out the night and the ac unit was on at 68 (the lowest) and never went off. The smell of the humidity in the room alone should have been enough for us to walkout but it was almost midnight and we were tired. The pictures that they post looks nothing like the unkept hotel. Don’t stay here!
Customer service was excellent, Breakfast was great. We needed help. They came right away. I would definitely stay again!
