Everything was very good. Nice, clean and wonderful staff
I was not rude, I was getting impatient waiting for you. Your employees definitely could us some customerservice retraining as they were ignort and disrespectful towards me. And you didn't have to call my personal cell u could have called the room, oh waiting a min the room phone didn't work, you as a Manger needs to step up your game cause u don't know how to run that place 2 stars, hmmm should be 0!!!!!
Wish pool was open they it was open when we got there pool was not open
By fat the worst stay ever, pool was to be functional but at check in was told it was not, alternatively they said we could swim at next door hotel pool but it also was not in service, toilet coming out of floor, room phone didn't work, bath tub filled up when you showered, asked to speak to manager and got the run around from front desk, both woman were rude ( jenelle n Rachael I believe ,had no customer service non Apologetic, loud and disrespectful definitely don't recommend,.Manger has no business being a manager as I wa... read more
