We arrived for our trip and the toilets were disgusting. It had a weird smell in the room. We had them change our room and when we got into that room the same issues were there. So we left and got a hotel up the street which was 10 times better. When I called the front desk to tell them we were not staying there and to cancel our reservation the women was very kind and understood and did not charge us. I know things are expensive and I appreciate the reasonable price and the breakfast was good. I have some feedback to address. I know bathtubs can get buildup from water and expensive to replace. When you see a dark gray ring plus marks that look like severe rust in a tub, along with damage its scary if the tub is good to use. Would be good to have a professional sand and refurbish. Second most of our towels were shredded like rags. I felt like the upkeep needs improvement. The person who cleaned the room should have noticed... read more

We checked in super late. The woman working when we arrived aug 4th was awesome. Parking near our room was easy. We walked into our room and there was a strange smell and im sensitive to smells. There were a couple ants on the sink counter and one on the dresser (we were upstairs) but we'd just driven 10 hours and had to be bqck on the road in less than 7, so but was going to turn on the TV to distract me helping me not think and fall asleep.
