Old hotel, terrible service! We stay in many hotels every year for kids sports and travel for work. This hotel is dated, the service was bad. There were no towels in the pool, we asked for towels 3 times over an hour and eventually walked back to the room dripping wet, and the towels never got replaced. We kept being told they were all in the wash. What?? It’s a hotel, how do you not have towels? We had a fantastic time! Very clean with lots of parking. Rooms were big with lots of seating areas which suited our needs very well. Staff were amazing in particular the guy working the night shift!
We had a great stay. Hotel was super clean. Front desk went above and beyond hor my elderly mother. I did not book an accessible room and after 2 night we requested to change to an accessible room. Front desk we wonderful move all of our items while we were out. Would stay again for sure
Enjoyed our overnight stay with our grandkids. Enjoyed the pool/slide. Great options for our free breakie. Will stay again! Staff was wonderful.
