Where do I start. The toilet paper holder has no rod in it to hold the toilet paper. No movie channels. No information on surrounding areas no channel list for the TV. No walk in shower for the handicapped. Only one elevator by the desk for the long hallways you have to walk down. I could go on and on but you get it
