The staff here at Wingate in Bismarck is exceptional! They always get us amiably and are so quick to ask if there is anything they can do. Also, the breakfast is excellent! We will always stay here when in Bismarck.
Room was clean, had a hard time controling the room temperature. The bathroom was frigid!
Not a bad place, parking lot only has one entrance/exit.
When confronted about a dirty room they immediately put me in another room but once again it was dirty. So first room the bathroom looked like they didn’t bother to clean. It had what appeared to have BM on the inside lid and seat. So front desk guy offered a second room but it was worse. Toilet was gross which they thought taking a piece of what looked like toilet paper would solve (pic is after he wiped it). Then I went as far as pulling g back the sheets while they were in there and found blood spots and hair. After that ... read more
Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, clean and quite. Breakfast was amazing!!
