Everyone was very kind and helpful....very accommodating. My room was spacious and clean with a very nice view and very comfortable bed. It was also quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfast to top it all off!
The location of this Wingate was perfect. It was only 2.8 miles and so easy to get to. It was a very late arrival however the staff were great. I was made to feel as welcome as if I arrived at 5PM instead of 1PM.
The room was fine, but we stayed there because of the shuttle and being able to park at the hotel. We could have stayed free using points at the nearest IHG hotel and now I wish we had have. Upon our return the hotel would not pick us up as agreed upon. They charged us up front to park for the week and after waiting almost an hour after landing to be picked up, we had to hire an Uber. The hotel has not returned our call or refunded us the price of the Uber. Do not stay at this hotel. They lie.
This hotel located close to XNA airport and provides shuttle service from 3:30 AM to 1:00 AM. I was able to notify them of a flight delay and the sweet shuttle driver, Macy, Stayed over her shift to pick us up at 1:45 AM. You also can park your car at the hotel For $10 a day, rather than the expensive parking at the airport. All staff members are courteous and service is great. I highly recommend this hotel if you are flying into NW Arkansas.
