If you’re traveling from XNA and need a room - there’s only one choice, but it’s great. Rooms are large and clean. Full breakfast (diabetic friendly too) available beginning at 4:00 am for those with early flights. Complimentary shuttle service to and from airport.
This came up first on Expedia and I was tired and booked it. Reached the hotel and the parking lot showed only 1/3 of the cars filled up. It’s 1 pm. When I went to the reception Teresa the lady at the counter says - We are full and you need to wait till someone checks out and the rooms are cleaned. What nonsense?? Does she think we business travelers travel for the first time and listen to her lies. This is a place that must be avoided if possible. Terrible customer service.
Second stay here. Won't make that mistake again. Front desk literally doing everything they can to make the stay unpleasant.
