We entered the room and saw big sized spiders crawling from under the bed and later on the comforter. My kids got scared. We spoke to the front desk person and she got defensive and started yelling at me for complaining. Instead of apologizing for her behavior, she asked us to show them and said that spiders are common. The staff is so unprofessional. My AC didn't work properly the first day so I was either melting or freezing. I tried to open the window instead but I couldn't because it was locked and we couldn't figure out how to open it so we called the front desk and the best they could offer was to wait until the next day, when someone who knew how to open the windows could help us. Use caution booking through 3rd party website, Expedia etc… Turned up with a confirmed prepaid reservation, told on arrival there was no record of the reservation. Front desk staff / manager on duty had little interest in assisting. Called help line, front desk refused to speak with / answer the phone to find a resolution. This is clearly a common issue as there were 2 other people having the same problem at the same time we were. The hotel staff were dealing with it by shouting at people by this point.
Stay away from this place. We had worst experience ever! This is not a hotel by any standard. It's a low end motel with bad maintenance, rude, arrogant frontdesk staff, and a manager who is unacccessible (prohibited from contacting after 10 pm according to frontdesk :). Not sure how they are still operating under mid-range Wyndham group of hotels. I decided not to stay with even Windham group hotels after this experience.
