Our room was clean and well equipped. The location is conveniently located off of I-5.
I was in Bellingham with my family. I like the location very much and rooms are very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly.
It was a pleasant stay!
Staff lied about no hot water in showers being because "health department regulations" when the water from the bathroom sink a few feet away was steaming after only a minute. Wouldn't put me in another room because "all showers are going to be that hot". Had to call them multiple times because they didn't answer the phone the first time, had to go to the front desk multiple times, had to have the difference in temps from the sinks verified by multiple staff because they want to treat me like a liar instead of fixing the hot ... read more
Two guests left their dogs alone in their rooms so they were barking at each other most of the night. The hotel would not change my room to another building or offer a refund so I had to go get a different hotel at 10:00 p.m. and dispute the charges. If you're going to allow pets you should not allow guests to leave pets alone in a hotel room. There was also no breakfast left at 8:30 a.m.
