Dirty room, pet food on the ground did not smell clean when arrived, every surface was dusty or grimy. Very loud at night not sure what all the racket was but heard it all night every night. The pool was not cleaned either. Nice staff
Check-in was terrible, I was put in the basement. It smelled damp and there was mold everywhere. I asked to change the room, but I was told that all the rooms were occupied, although there were free rooms on the website when I wanted to pay extra and change the room. I repeat, there was mold everywhere and no one responded to my requests to change the room, they said that only tomorrow they would be able to solve something, and at night I should sleep there. Blah. Meh. Overpriced for all the little things absent or just not good. No one at the office when we signed in late. No sign up saying when they would return either. Room was fine for the price. Pillows of course were sad. Not enough hot water in bathroom. A slew of little lights in room when sleeping. AC worked well tho. Breakfast area was a dead zone. Sausages looked scary so grabbed a coffee and left. Didn’t bother with pool or hot tub. 3/5 barely.
