Ms. Chevelle and Ms. Kenya were great. Made my stay pleasant and very great service. Check in was smooth and the room over exceeded my expectations. Shuttle runs every 30 mins, location is perfect for visitors. Overall a 10 all the way around the board.
This hotel was perfect for our trip. We used park, sleep, fly. The hotel itself needs some updating, but the rooms are clean, the people at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating and the shuttle was right on time. We arrived back at BWI after 1 am and called for the shuttle. He was there in a matter of minutes. Very good experience.
Extremely clean super nice staff great place to stay love it will stay again definitely
Very outdated. Had a roach crawling on the bathroom wall. The room next door was playing loud music at night and I reported it to the front desk and I honestly don’t think they even addressed it with the people cause after the call loud music continued to play for another hour
