I think y’all need to tear this hotel down and rebuild it. My parents had to change their room twice due to problems they were having with the smell etc and the lady had the AUDACITY to tell my mother that they would have to leave if they have to find another room. It’s not our fault that your rooms are a hot mess. The towels had stains on them…the rooms smelled bad. I don’t believe y’all are cleaning the bed sheets correctly because I felt sick after laying on them. Yuck.

A fairly good hotel but have a bad moisture problem. There was mold and mildew in the shower corners and if you had clothes hanging up you can feel the moisture in your clothes. Had to wipe down the shower, ac unit, chair, table and put a blanket on the couch because you could feel the moisture. My sister's room was worse, her carpet was wet from the moisture to the point where it soaked her socks. We'll just stay somewhere else until they resolve that issue. Absolutely gorgeous and amazing suite . I stayed in the suite and it was the most amazing room. Im a diamond member and I hope to be able to get that suite again soon. The breakfast is the most amazing breakfast I have had at any of the hotels I have stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel. The man manager is so nice and amazing. My mom absolutely adores him. She loves this hotel .
