The young woman who has responsibilities for the shuttle has a smart mouth and no respect during a conversation that could easily have been beneficial to both. Even the driver tried to stop her rant.

Straightforward rooms. At minimum MY room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again when i’m in town. Good amenities and shuttle service to airport (please tip your shuttle driver!)

Don't stay here. -outdated -literal mold on the ceilings -always "out of towels" -bad service I don't understand how someplace you pay to stay is so stingy with towels. I've had to call the desk 3 times just for them to say the same thing over and over and still did not get a towel lol. The help desk or maintenance director which was a lady was also rude when I called. My tub was also clogged when I first arrived, it did not drain. The bathtub has stains, the towels had stains and hair, the lock on my door was broken, the WiFi was so bad I had to use a different hotel’s WiFi to work, a huge bug was running around my curtain, and the complimentary breakfast was undercooked. Also, the waffle iron needs to be replaced because parts of the waffle were burnt and others raw.
