Didn't stay here but visited their restaurant. Their steaks are pretty darn good. I would definitely recommend this place for kosher eats!
I'm confused why this place would be open during renovations. L&I must be getting paid off because there's no way this place should have their license. Most of the employees were ok. They could really use training. The rooms are a hot mess. The cards kept deactivating. They were overbooked, when they should've been under booked based off the amount of rooms they had unavailable. Let me start by saying this , THE FRONT STAFF WAS AMAZING AND WELCOMING !!!! A gentleman checked us in and a couple seconds later a lady came out from the back and greeted us and was welcoming as well ! Iv been to soo called “ 5 star “ hotels LATELY IN MANHATTAN and IF YOU ASK ME the PLAZA PIKE WAS WAY MORE THEN A 5 star .. for the PRICE AND SERVICE!
