Terrible 2 day stay. Property is old and worn. Needs a refresh not charging stations. Grounds are dirty and unkempt. Room has peeling wall paper and ceiling breaks. And smells. Water pressure was on and off while showering and toilet ran all night and sink wouldn’t drain. The worse part was the staff who you couldn’t find , wouldn’t answer the phone and openly argued with me a rewards member. I travel monthly for business and I am telling you this hotel is miserable. The franchise should be revoked. Do not stay here.

Avoid if you’re charging your EV here Stopped to use the Tesla Supercharger at this Wingate by Wyndham on Enterprise Parkway and desperately needed a restroom during the charge. Was told the hotel doesn’t have restrooms available for non-guests — which is honestly baffling for a hotel of any kind, let alone one hosting a public charging station out front. We stayed here last night at the Ashland, Ohio location. Upon entry to the building we were greeted by a distraught front desk clerk who had just “gotten off the phone with corporate.” She tells us that this is the second time this week that she was stalked by a customer and the victim to immense abuse. She stated “she had her gun with her and will use it”.
