Avoid if you’re charging your EV here Stopped to use the Tesla Supercharger at this Wingate by Wyndham on Enterprise Parkway and desperately needed a restroom during the charge. Was told the hotel doesn’t have restrooms available for non-guests — which is honestly baffling for a hotel of any kind, let alone one hosting a public charging station out front. We stayed here last night at the Ashland, Ohio location. Upon entry to the building we were greeted by a distraught front desk clerk who had just “gotten off the phone with corporate.” She tells us that this is the second time this week that she was stalked by a customer and the victim to immense abuse. She stated “she had her gun with her and will use it”. The staff is wonderful, but the hotel itself is pretty worn down and in need of serious renovation. The furniture is gross and outdated. The outside of the building is run down, no landscaping just dirt. My room had hair all over the bathroom floor. The curtains were hanging on for dear life. The beds were super squeaky and felt uneven. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! This is not what I am used to when we book with Windham.

The rate should be much lower than what they are charging.
