Watch what you're booking...you more than likely won't get that room. Booked a King suite. Was put into a regular king room. When asked about it, the desk clerk made a lame story about it being my fault needing an ADA room. And let's talk about disabled parking shall we...all taped off, unusable, which I believe is illegal. I understand they're doing renovations but still. The woman who did check in was great. The woman who did check out needs some customer service training
Tried to call to front desperately few times - NO Response! Ongoing renovation on the way - noise, dert, and inconvenience! Try to avoid! Overpriced!
If I could give zero stars for service I would do so. This was our vacation, we arrive and the entire exterior of the building is torn open with water damage all over the place. My wife and daughter both struggled through skin irritation and respiratory problems the entire week. We had ZERO room service, no towel removal no nothing. We finally got angry after asking 4 or 5 times one day and just threw the used towels in the hallway by our door and chased someone down to get new towels. The entire stay was a nightmare.
