Amy is an amazing person, very sweet and attentive and funny, made our stay awesome, it was a weekend get away for me and my partner. Highly recommend!
I am sure once all of the construction is done it will be better but for our stay it was very loud. Also the bathrooms could really use some updating as the surrounds around our tub or kind of peeling and cracking. There was no continental breakfast because that is where they are remodeling. And it also showed that there was a hot tub but there was not.
Top notch hotel and Lisa Stern who is a jack of all trades is invaluable to this particular hotel.
Although staying during construction wasn't the most peaceful, the service and breakfast/coffee far surpassed expectations. Staff- especially Jessica, the Assistant Manager, were beyond friendly and helpful. They did a great job accommodating us despite the construction going on. Highly recommend!
