Check in was easy and the attendant was super nice. The problem is that from there I never saw another worker and it showed. The breakfast area was messy and there was no one around to clean up or keep the food stocked. The hallways were filled with debris and it looked they were rarely swept. I never saw a cleaning person. The food options at breakfast were also limited and the quality was not good. The coffee was basically undrinkable.

This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have had to date. The interaction with the front desk staff was highly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service standards. A representative from Hotels.com contacted the hotel multiple times on my behalf in an effort to resolve the issue. She informed me that Amy placed her on hold, disconnected the call, and then did not respond to further attempts at communication. This place is disgusting. The entire building reeks of marijuana and looks filthy. The EV charger doesn’t work and when asking the front desk if they could help, they looked too high to care.
